The Weekly Routine
Monday/Tuesday — Amla Nourishment Treatment
Mix 3 tbsp amla powder with coconut oil or yoghurt. Massage into scalp for 10 minutes, working in circular motions to stimulate blood flow to follicles. Leave for 45 minutes to an hour. Rinse with lukewarm water, shampoo once. This is your follicle-stimulating, anti-greying treatment.
