1. Our Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Due to the nature of our products (herbal powders and consumables), we have a strict hygiene policy — we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.
However, we will gladly accept returns and issue a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
- The product arrived damaged or broken during transit
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
- The product is significantly defective (e.g., contamination, unusual smell, foreign matter)
2. Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible for a return or refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at rajmaniherbals@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[Your Order ID]"
- Include clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the damage or defect
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a pickup
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, or wallet).
- Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
5. Replacement Option
As an alternative to a refund, we are happy to send a replacement product at no extra cost. Simply mention your preference (replacement or refund) in your return request email.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- Return requests raised after the 7-day window
- Damage caused by improper storage or misuse
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you would need to follow the return process upon delivery.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days of approval, please:
- Check your bank account or payment app again
- Contact your bank — processing times vary
