1. Our Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Due to the nature of our products (herbal powders and consumables), we have a strict hygiene policy — we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

However, we will gladly accept returns and issue a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged or broken during transit
  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
  • The product is significantly defective (e.g., contamination, unusual smell, foreign matter)

2. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at rajmaniherbals@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[Your Order ID]"
  2. Include clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the damage or defect
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
  4. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a pickup

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, or wallet).
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

5. Replacement Option

As an alternative to a refund, we are happy to send a replacement product at no extra cost. Simply mention your preference (replacement or refund) in your return request email.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Return requests raised after the 7-day window
  • Damage caused by improper storage or misuse

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you would need to follow the return process upon delivery.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days of approval, please:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again
  2. Contact your bank — processing times vary
