1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high-demand periods, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will always notify you of significant delays.
4. Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and other reputed logistics providers. The courier partner is assigned automatically based on your pincode and the fastest available service.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order by visiting My Account → Orders.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts (e.g., no one available to receive, incorrect address), the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
Please ensure your delivery address, pincode, and phone number are accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at rajmaniherbals@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
8. COD (Cash on Delivery)
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay), which accepts UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, and Wallets.
